This is the Shotokutaishi shrine in Kuwabara,Iwanuma city,Miyagi prefecture. It is along the old fourth national road.
It is uncertain whether it is the one that this was built when. It is said that it is a start to have wished a sick fleeing because Shotokutaishi's two images are made when the sickness goes around.
Afterwards, to wear the charm and to make it to the patron saint of bringing up children, those who visited the shrine from various places.

This is the stone monument to which 1 killed in action of Russo-Japanese War and 20 killed in action of the Daitoa War(The World War ­¶) were enshrined.
