海上保安庁　仙台航空基地　一般公開（2008）

仙台空港にある海上保安庁仙台航空基地の一般公開が行われました。
今年は「海上保安制度創設60周年」で、例年より展示内容が充実していました。

公開イベント中に、本物の海難事故が発生し、ベル212（JA9563「ひろせ」）が出動しました。

This is the Bell 212(JA9563,"Hirose") operated by Japan Coast Guard(JCG).
It took off from Sendai air station(Sendai airport) for the salvage.

ベル212（JA9560「ひろせ」）と潜水士（海猿）による海難救助訓練です。

This is the Bell 212(JA9560,"Hirose") operated by Japan Coast Guard(JCG).
It took the dive persons and trained the salvage at Sendai air station(Sendai airport).

ビーチ200T（JA8854「うみねこ」）による展示飛行です。
低空飛行の高度は20メートル、速度は時速450キロでした。

This is the Beech 200T(JA8854,"Black-tailed gull") operated by Japan Coast Guard(JCG).
It left Sendai air station(Sendai airport) to do the exhibition flight, and flew low over by about 450 kilos(about 280 miles) per hour and the high degree about 20 meters(about 70 feet).

3月末に退役したベル212（JA9533、JA9559「ひろせ」）です。
JA9533には、ベルヘリコプター社から贈られた盾が飾られていました。

創設60周年を記念したステッカーです。現役の航空機に貼られています。

海上保安庁のイメージキャラクター、アザラシの兄「うみまる」と妹「うーみん」です。
ベル206B（JA6177「はちどり」）には、「うみまる」のステッカーが貼られていました。

They are two seals and are serving as the image characters of Japan Coast Guard(JCG).
The brother's name is "Mr. Umimaru" and the sister's name is "Miss Umin".
