This is the Beech 200T(JA8854,"Black-tailed gull") operated by Japan Coast Guard(JCG). It left Sendai air station(Sendai airport) to do the exhibition flight, and flew low over by about 450 kilos(about 280 miles) per hour and the high degree about 20 meters(about 70 feet).
They are two seals and are serving as the image characters of Japan Coast Guard(JCG). The brother's name is "Mr. Umimaru" and the sister's name is "Miss Umin".
The Iwanuma beach green land park is along the coast of Iwanuma city,Miyagi prefecture. There are a ballpark and some tennis courts in the north block, and are a lot of play equipment in the south block.

These are the B767-300(JA8358) operated by All Nippon Airways(ANA), and the B737-500 operated by ANA and Air Nippon(ANK). B767 arrived at Sendai airport and B737 took off.
From May 10 to 25 every year, the flower festival is done at Kanahebisui shrine in Iwanuma city,Miyagi prefecture. We can see the flowers of the wistaria and the peony in precincts at this time. The tree of the wistaria that is alive for 300 years or more. The admission fee of the peony garden is 200 yen(about 2$).
